On October the 23rd the newest Medal of Honor game has been released for PS3, X360, PC and Wii U. And obviously it is also powered by the stunning Frostbite 2 Game Engine. The game most certainly looks the part but has a number of imperfections as this video review from GameTrailers.com will make clear.

For those of you on a console who might be wondering about the differences of Battlefield 3 running on a powerful PC and a console, here’s your chance to see what GameTrailers has found out. The graphics are still great although some details like texture resolution, vegetation and poly-count have been reduced in quality to be able to be displayed on a PS3 or XBox 360 smoothly. Enjoy!

I won’t spoil the the fun but I can tell you Frostbite 2′s efforts have been rated with a 9.8!
We’ve all seen gameplay video’s of the soldiers running and shooting but we haven’t seen much Jet gameplay! Well, this is to make up for that: a few minutes of bombing, shooting and maneuvering throught the impressive widespread Caspian Border map, achieved by the Frostbite 2.0 game engine.
The game will not only be released on PC, but also for PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 and the game will look almost as good as it will on a pc on these consoles. However, you’ll need a beast of a pc to get the graphics and performance you’ve seen in all the beautiful video’s. While no official announcement of minimum requirements for Battlefield 3 have been made, we do know that the game will be running on the Frostbite 2 engine. Because of this we can estimate what requirements will be expected when Battlefield 3 hits shelves.
